Cheyenne Baird joined the CCC as an intern in the summer of 2018. A former standout volleyball player for Evergreen, Baird served as the conference chair for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and was the league representative to the NAIA's Association of Student Athletes (ASA).

The 2017-18 CCC female Champion of Character award winner will work directly with the SAAC committee, assist with championships and be responsible for several league research projects. Baird completed her undergraduate degree in Education/Language Arts in 2018.
